AITA

I've bowed out of going to my husband's sister's house a few times. Maybe like 3 or 4 times over the past 4 years. Sometimes I just don't want to leave the house on a Sunday or whatever. Sometimes my social anxiety is pretty bad and interacting with people seems impossible.

Family is very important to him. He's made it clear that my attendance is mandatory, and not wanting to go makes me a bad person. Today he called me a child and told me he wouldn't have married me if he knew I didn't want to be a part of his family. He doesn't hear me when I say it has nothing to do with his family. I love his family. They're great to me. Its just the idea of driving like an hour and being uncomfortable at someone else's house for hours that makes me not want to go.
